Paying It Forward: How Team Via Gives Back to Our Community

At Team Via, we believe that we have an opportunity to make an even bigger difference. That's why we do what we can to give back to the community that has given so much to us. We do this through hosting Happy Hour fundraisers, volunteering our time to local charities both as a Team and in our personal lives, and through our annual "Pay It Forward" Challenge.

Helen Keller said, "Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much." This quote is a guiding principle for Team Via, and the inspiration behind our "Pay It Forward" Challenge. Ever year around Thanksgiving, we send a dollar to our Team Via Family Members who have closed a loan or have a loan in process with us, with a request to use that dollar to brighten someone else's day. Those who share their story of how they used that dollar are entered into a drawing, and Leanne makes a donation to that person's favorite charity in their honor.

We love what we do, but we love it even more when our Team Via Family works together to lift others up. In addition to helping people purchase homes, we truly believe that we are here to build stronger communities, support meaningful causes, and spread kindness wherever we can.
